For the apple tiramisu, whisk the mascarpone until smooth. Stir in a cup of whipped cream, and whip until stiff.

Peel the apples, remove their cores with a corer, cut them into slices and blanch them in water with a little sugar and brandy.

Let the apple rings cool and sprinkle them with the almond kernels that have been coarsely ground beforehand.

Pour some of the mascarpone cream into a mold, cover with spoon biscuits and drizzle them with brandy.

Spread the apple rings evenly on top, repeatedly spread the cream on top and garnish with almond slivers, cocoa powder and mint.

Preparation Tip:

The apple tiramisu can also be sprinkled with cinnamon. Also prepared with rum it tastes very delicious.
