For the cheese sticks, mix flour, yeast and salt. Knead the flour mixture with water, oil and milk to a smooth dough.

Cover and let rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead well again and let rest covered for another 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Roll out dough on a work surface to a 5 mm thick square.

Cut into 9 equal squares and cut them in half diagonally. Roll triangles into croissants and sprinkle/cover with the cheese.

Bake the cheese sticks for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
