For the raw marzipan paste, first grind the almonds very finely in a food processor. Knead the ground almonds with the powdered sugar.

While kneading, add the Amaretto or rose water drop by drop to the marzipan paste.

Preparation Tip:

Homemade marzipan can be further processed and shaped as usual. For other colors, simply add some food coloring.
