Instructions:

Soak peas in water for one night or about 10 hours, then bring to boil in soaking water with bay leaf spice and fennel. Clean and chop soup vegetables and add to the peas form with onion, marjoram and lovage. Simmer on low to medium heat for about 90 minutes, then blend the soup and season with soup seasoning (usually salt is added separately). Bring to a boil again, add allspice, infuse for a quarter of an hour. Mix in tahini, now the soup should not make more. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve soup with a dollop of sour cream or crème fraiche and chopped parsley in deep plates.
