Cut cooked asparagus spears into bite-sized pieces. Cut the peeled cucumber into small pieces, add the peeled tomato quarters and the ham cut into small strips. Prepare a marinade with the juice of one lemon, oil, salt, sugar and a little bit of pepper and pour it on top. Finally, garnish with chopped parsley.
