Rinse the leaf lettuce, prepare (ready to cook, e.g. peel, remove woody parts and dirt), cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces and arrange on the edge of 4 plates.

Rinse the sprouts, drain well and place in a suitable bowl. Rinse, halve, seed and add the grapes to the sprouts form. Roughly chop the tree nut kernels and add. Rinse the apple, cut it into quarters without peeling, remove the core. Cut the quarters into slices. Immediately sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Mix everything well and arrange in the middle of the plates.

For the dressing, mix the honey well with the spices and vinegar, adding the oil last.

Pour the sauce over the salad. Chop the parsley sprigs and garnish the salad.
