Divide pita bread into segments and cut open. Cut butter into thirds. Mix 1/3 with parsley and herb butter-herb mixture, the second with paradeis pulp and paradeis seasoning salt and the third with curry and chives.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Rinse and clean leaf lettuce and roughly chop.

Spread bread wedges with the different butter mixtures and top with onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. Press firmly together and roast on the heated broiler on both sides for 2 min each.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
