For the zucchini cream soup, wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into small pieces as well.
Melt the butter in a pot and add the onion pieces. Sauté a bit and add the zucchini pieces.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes and add water. Add soup seasoning and simmer for a few minutes.
Now stir in the sour cream, finely puree with a blender and season with salt and pepper.

The zucchini cream soup tastes very good with freshly toasted bread croutons.
