For the cranberry teddies, sift the flour and powdered sugar on a pasta board, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and add bourbon vanilla from the mill to taste.
Spread the cold butter in small pieces on top and make a hollow where you put the yolk. Quickly knead everything into a shortcrust dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Then roll out the dough on a pasta board to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out little bears. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place a cranberry in the center of each one and beat the hands of the bears over it a little.
Place small chocolate drops on top for eyes and nose and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes. Take out and paint a mouth with sugar writing.
