Caramelize sugar (1) in the saucepan until light brown. Remove from heat, add cow’s milk (1) minus a few tablespoons full (2). Bring to boil with slit pod, allow to infuse for 15 min. Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites to egg whites, while continuing to whisk add sugar (2) and juice of one lemon.
