For the beans with chorizo, mix the beans with corn, cucumber, olives, peppers and onion.
Fry the bacon in a pan and brown the sausages.
For the marinade, mix soup with kernel oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with mustard, salt, pepper and sugar.
Place lettuce leaves on a platter, spread beans and sausage on top and pour the lukewarm marinade over them.
Sprinkle the beans with chorizo and salsiccia with chives and serve with toasted brown bread.

A fruity white wine goes well with the beans with chorizo, as does a cool beer.
