First prepare the dough. To do this, knead flour with water, tomato paste, oil and salt into a smooth dough. Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Mix the cream with grated pumpkin seeds, salt and pepper and spread it on the dough. Spread the pre-cooked cauliflower florets and the finely chopped ham on top.
Bake the tarte flambée at 200 °C for about 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, chop the onion slaw and spread it over the baked tarte flambée.
Preparation Tip:
Pre-cook the cauliflower not too soft.
